Please note that our opening times vary each half-term due to changes in the school timetable. The Sports Centre has extended opening times during school holidays.

We currently operate on a pay-as-you-go basis for gym and court use, with discounts for block bookings available.

Enjoy our loyalty card scheme for gym access and in-house fitness classes, for just £6.50 per session or class.

Yes, we offer 1-2-1 personal training in our state-of-the-art gym with our experienced in-house coaches.

We are also currently taking expressions of interest for small group personal training.

We offer a range of in-house fitness classes, including indoor cycling, low intensity interval training, circuits, and lower body pump. These in-house classes are included with our gym + fitness class loyalty card, at just £6.50 per session or class.

We also host a range of classes run by external partners at the centre include yoga, yogalates, barre and much more.

We welcome bookings of all our facilities, including our double sports hall, dojo, squash and fives courts, and studio.

We have a free car park, accessed via Norman Road, SO23 9PW. Spaces are for sports centre users only and are subject to availability.

Our 25-metre, 6 lane pool is due to open to the public in 2026. To receive updates about the opening of the pool, please sign up to our mailing list.
