The gym gives users access to a range of state-of-the-art TechnoGym Cardio & Resistance machines, as well as five weight rack stations, a sled track, and an array of weight plates, dumbbells and barbells to suit everyone’s training needs.
The modern design with wood panelling, mirrors and windows overlooks the landscaped courtyard, making it the perfect environment to switch off and focus on your workout.
We offer personal training in our state-of-the-art gym with our experienced in-house coaches.
We are also currently taking expressions of interest for small group personal training.
