We’re looking for some new recreational assistants and lifeguards to join our growing sports centre team!
We’re excited to announce a new range of fitness classes at the Winchester College Sports Centre, led by our experienced in-house fitness instructors.
There is something for everyone, including low and high impact, fast and slow-paced classes. All classes are £6.50 and included with the new gym + fitness classes loyalty cards.
Indoor cycling with Alex
This fast-paced class combines music, cycling and interval training to boost your stamina, burn calories and strengthen your legs.
Lower body pump with Kira
This class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and low-impact cardio to help sculpt and shape while improving stamina and stability.
Low-intensity interval training with Jess
A joint-friendly workout combining gentle movement with recovery to improve cardiovascular health, balance and strength, all at your own pace.
Circuits with Jess
Get ready to move, sweat, and build strength with this fast-paced, full-body circuit training class. Perfect for all fitness levels.
