We’re excited to announce a new programme of exclusive fitness classes and workshops for October half-term… which is less than two weeks away!
Our half-term classes and workshops will run from Sunday 19 – Sunday 26 October, led by our expert in-house fitness instructors. The classes and workshops are designed to keep you active, energised and feeling amazing.
All classes are £6.50 and included with your gym + fitness classes loyalty card.

SUNDAY 19 OCTOBER
Ladies only bootcamp
1-2pm
This high-energy, full-body workout is designed exclusively for women of all fitness levels who are ready to challenge themselves, get stronger, and boost confidence. Our Ladies Only Bootcamp combines strength training, cardio, core work, and functional movements.
Legs, bums & tums
4-5pm
Lunge, step and squat your way to fitness with this all-level LBT class. A fun conditioning class designed to shape and strengthen your lower body and core. This low-impact, high-energy class focuses on toning the legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles through a mix of bodyweight and resistance exercises.
MONDAY 20 OCTOBER
Lower body pump
8-9am
This class is a twist on the classic legs, bums and tums, combining body weight exercises, resistance training and cardio to help sculpt and shape the body.
Studio resistance
11am-12pm
A dynamic, full-body strength training class designed to improve muscular endurance, tone, and overall body composition. Using a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on controlled, effective movements to challenge every major muscle group.
Balance & tone
5-6pm
This low impact class combines simple resistance exercises with stability, mobility, and balance. This class will suit anyone looking to improve their posture, mobility and stability. Movements will be easy to follow and can be adapted to your comfort level.
TUESDAY 21 OCTOBER
Studio resistance
8-9am
A dynamic, full-body strength training class designed to improve muscular endurance, tone, and overall body composition. Using a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight exercises, this class focuses on controlled, effective movements to challenge every major muscle group.
Indoor cycling
1-2pm
This fast-paced class combines music, cycling and interval training to boost your stamina, burn calories and strengthen your legs.
Lower body pump
5.30-6.30pm
This class is a twist on the classic legs, bums and tums, combining body weight exercises, resistance training and cardio to help sculpt and shape the body.
FRIDAY 24 OCTOBER
Bootcamp
8-9am
Push yourself and boost your fitness with this high energy, full body workout. Bootcamp combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises and functional movements to build endurance, burn calories and get you fit! Every class is fast paced and varied. This class is for those that enjoy pushing their limits.
Circuits
1-2pm
Get ready to move, sweat and build strength with this fast-paced, full-body circuit training class. Perfect for all fitness levels.
Abs blast
5.30-6.30pm
Challenge your core in this focused class. Abs blast is designed to target and strengthen the entire core – front, back, and sides by utilizing a series of static and dynamic core exercises. Each session combines stability, rotation, muscular endurance and strength style exercise to support the development of a functional core. Expect a mix of bodyweight and loaded exercises that you can scale to your own ability level.
SATURDAY 25 OCTOBER
Low-intensity interval training
9-10am
A joint-friendly workout combining gentle movement with recovery to improve cardiovascular health, balance and strength, all at your own pace.
Glute workshop
10.30-11.30am
In this beginner-friendly Glute Workshop you’ll learn how to effectively activate, strengthen, and engage your glute muscles to improve posture, balance, and performance in everyday movements and workouts. You’ll be guided through simple exercises to activate and train your glutes safely and effectively, whether you’re new to fitness or just looking to improve your lower body workouts.
SUNDAY 26 OCTOBER
Intro to weightlifting workshop
5.30-6.30pm
Learn the foundations of weight training from one of our expert instructors. Weight training is important for everyone looking to increase muscle strength, improve posture, and gain confidence in the gym. In this workshop we will cover the squat, the deadlift, push and pull exercises; as well as how to put together a basic weightlifting programme. You will learn to use barbells, dumbbells and resistance training equipment with confidence. No experience needed!
