Harvey has recently joined the Winchester College Sports Centre team and is currently taking on new personal training clients.
Harvey says:
I am a strength-focused personal trainer who helps people build confidence and consistency in the gym. I have specialised in strength training for athletes, but more recently have focused on strength training for women in peri- and post-menopause, as this is something I have grown increasingly interested in. My coaching is centred on sustainable progress.
Jess has worked at the Winchester College Sports Centre since it re-opened and is one of our in-house fitness instructors as well as a personal trainer. Jess currently has a few remaining spaces and is taking on new clients.

I’m Jess, a personal trainer specialising in strength training, gym confidence, and sustainable body transformation. My coaching style is supportive, structured, and results-driven, with a strong focus on proper technique, progressive training, and long-term habits. I help clients feel confident and capable in the gym while building strength, improving performance, and creating lasting positive changes through training.
Alex has worked at the Winchester College Sports Centre since 2024 and is one of our team managers, fitness instructors and personal trainers.

I am a personal trainer with a strong educational background in strength and conditioning. I focus on implementing scientifically proven strategies to build muscle, strength, power, mobility, balance, and coordination specific to the individual. I have a track record of success with clients of all ages and abilities, with a recent focus on helping older adults improve strength, functional movement, balance, and confidence through personalised, results-driven sessions.
