Join Sarah B’s yoga classes every Wednesday, starting from 11th March 2026.
You get so much more from learning yoga with the same group each week, connecting and developing friendships in tandem with looking after your body, mind and spirit.
Open to women and men over 16 years of age, these classes emphasis learning poses to build strength, flexibility, balance and a more fluid mind/ body connection. You will also be lead through simple, short meditations and pranayama (breath) techniques to deepen your practice and tie it all together.
These classes warmly welcome both beginner and advanced yoga practitioners. The class will be slow paced with options given in poses to make your practice more accessible, or more challenging.
