We’re looking for some new recreational assistants and lifeguards to join our growing sports centre team!
Enjoy a welcoming, safe & enjoyable yoga session for all abilities with Sport in Mind, the leading mental health sports charity.
Yoga for Mental Wellbeing, led by Sophie, brings an inclusive approach to movement, and this session is open to anyone aged 17+ experiencing low mood, social isolation, loneliness or a mental health condition. The sessions are designed for all abilities and fitness levels, offering a fun and engaging way to move and stretch in safe, like-minded company.
The session runs every Tuesday from 11.30am-12.30pm, is FREE to attend and all equipment is provided. For full details please click the link below. You are welcome to just turn up & join in, but we ask that you register with Sport in Mind before your first session.
